Refund and Return Policy

We stand by the quality of our FishView. We are here to help if your item arrives in less-than-perfect condition. Please read this policy carefully to understand your options.

Our Policy: Damages and Defects Only

We only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective. We do not accept returns or exchanges for “change of mind” or other reasons.

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to report any damage or defects to us.


What to Do If Your Item is Damaged or Defective

  1. Contact Us Immediately: Please email us at maria@fishview.garden within the 30-day window.
  2. Provide Proof: In your email, you must include:
    • Your order number.
    • Clear photos and/or a video showing the damage or defect.
  3. Our Review: We will inspect the photos and notify you of the approval or rejection of your claim.

Your Options for Approved Claims

If your item is confirmed to be damaged or defective, we will offer you two options:

  • Option 1: Full Refund We will initiate a full refund of your purchase, including the original shipping costs, to your original method of payment.
  • Option 2: Free Replacement We will send you a new FishView unit completely free of charge. We will pay for all shipping costs for the replacement item.

Return Shipping of Damaged Goods

If we need you to send the damaged item back to us, we will pay for the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label and instructions.


Important Conditions

  • Item Condition: While you can, of course, take the item out of its packaging to inspect it, it must be unused (e.g., not placed in a pond) to be eligible for a return or replacement.
  • No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for processing a return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for a refund or replacement:

  • Items that are not damaged or defective.
  • Custom-sized orders. All sales on custom items are final.
  • Claims made after the 30-day window has passed.

International Buyers

This policy applies to all customers, both domestic and international.
